Does it store my form data?
No. Responses are transmitted to SharePoint; config is stored as form properties only.
Do uploads work?

Which permissions are required?
Google: container UI, triggers, external requests.
Microsoft Graph: Sites.ReadWrite.All, offline_access.
Can I target another tenant?
Yes—sign in to that tenant and grant admin consent there.
How do I uninstall?
Remove the trigger in Forms and uninstall the add-on; optional: revoke access in Google/Microsoft.
