Our app does not sell, share, or disclose Google user data to third parties.
The app only uses the data from Google Forms (responses) to transfer it into the customer’s Microsoft SharePoint tenant (site and list) as configured by the user.
No other external services, vendors, or third parties receive this data.
Google user data stays under the control of the customer’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
We do not permanently store Google user data on our servers.
The connector only processes form responses and attachments temporarily during the transfer.
Once the data has been successfully written into SharePoint, it is not retained in our systems.
Users control their own data.
Data remains in user's SharePoint after transfer, where customers manage its lifecycle (retention policies, deletion).
If users revoke permissions in their Google account, the connector loses access immediately and no new data is read or transferred.
Users may also contact us at appmakerbharat@gmail.com to request permanent deletion of any temporary processing data (such as error logs).
The add-on syncs responses from Google Forms™ to a selected Microsoft SharePoint list.
Form metadata: Form title and description (only if you map them).
Form responses: Only the fields you map to SharePoint.
Configuration data: The SharePoint site/list/library IDs, folder path, and your field mapping.
Tokens: OAuth tokens for Microsoft Graph are stored by Google Apps Script for your account to call Graph on your behalf.
We do not collect analytics on responses, sell data, or use it for advertising.
Transient handling: Responses are transmitted over HTTPS from Google to Microsoft Graph, then written to SharePoint. We do not persist response contents on our own servers
Stored settings: Mapping and SharePoint targets are stored in Google Apps Script PropertiesService for the specific form until you remove them.
Tokens: Microsoft tokens are stored by the OAuth library in your Apps Script user properties and can be revoked at any time.
