The Service enables users to transfer response data collected via Google Forms™ into their Microsoft SharePoint lists.
The Service captures form responses and metadata.
Attachments uploaded via Google Forms are not uploaded to SharePoint. Instead, the Service stores the file link in the corresponding SharePoint list entry.
User Responsibilities

You must ensure you have the appropriate permissions in both Google Workspace and Microsoft SharePoint.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you transfer.
You must not use the Service to store or transfer prohibited, illegal, or sensitive data in violation of your organization’s compliance policies.

The Service processes Google user data only to transfer it into SharePoint as configured by you.
No permanent storage of Google user data occurs on our servers.
We do not share or sell Google user data to any third parties.
Service Availability
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with prior notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the Service.
You acknowledge that SharePoint and Google Forms are third-party platforms, and their availability or changes may affect the Service.
Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access from your Google account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use if you violate these Terms.
